The processor is powered by a 14 HP 4-cycle Kohler gas engine. It features a slant cylinder design, with a cast iron cylinder bore and overhead valve for easy access. The Quad-Clean 4-stage air filtration system ensures only clean air enters the engine for maximum power and life of the engine. In addition, this engine is backed by a 3 year commercial warranty and can be serviced through your local Kohler dealer.

Security:
The Processor has multiple safety features ensuring the operator is safe throughout the entire process:
*Steel safety cages around all of the moving components.
**Only one action can be done at once due to the shared hydraulic system.
***Even If unexpected non-operator opens the steel safety cages abruptly, all of the moving components can stop immediately with the safety valve’s mechanical sensor function.
Storage:
All major steel components have either a powder coated or galvanized steel finish. This ensures that your processor can withstand the elements of nature. We recommend that you put your processor indoor warehouse when it’s not in use, but if you forget it, it’s good to know that it will withstand outdoor nature.
Cutting/Splitting:
The Processor can cut logs with a diameter of 16″（40cm） and a length of up to 10‘(3m ). The stem can be cut in lengths between 9″~ 23″（23cm ~58cm）. The 12 ton piston splits the wood against the standard 2/4-way splitter (cuts the wood into 2 or 4 pieces) before reaching the 10″ (25 cm) wide and 10′ 6″ (3.2 m) long transport system for stacking.

The chainsaw bar is hydraulically powered, meaning you don’t have to bring your chainsaw with you. This makes it much quicker and easier to operate the system than processors that require the use of a chainsaw.
